As part of the Allianz Athletes Program and in partnership with ESMT Berlin, you will have the opportunity to get connected with one of ESMT's Career Coaches. The coach could support you with different aspects of your career path.
A coach is an independent professional who could help you with:

Pushing you out of your comfort zone

Making a reality check
And is someone who doesn’t judge or has a hidden, personal agenda. He/she can help you answer questions like:

What can I be best at?

What am I passionate about?

What kind of job do I want in the future? An internal move? An external move?

What fulfills my needs?
-
What are my (career) goals and which steps do I need to take to achieve these goals?
Coaching only works if you:

own the coaching agenda,

come prepared and bring topics,

do your homework in between the sessions,
-
are open and honest,
-
are punctual .
ESMT works with a pool of coaches you could choose from.
It is extremely important you have a "click", and completely trust each other. The coach–coachee relationship is 100% confidential.
