ESMT’s EMBA class gathers individuals selected who are among the top performers in their organizations. They are leading diverse groups of people, overseeing large budgets, and making a difference within and outside of their organizations.

EMBA class stats showing that 23% of the class are women, 68% come from outside of Germany and that 74% come from within Europe.

On average the current EMBA class has 14 years of experience upon entering the program. That experience comes from a range of different industries, and while the biggest share of participants have roles in general management, the majority come from a variety of functions including finance, HR, consulting and project management.
