Work experience during the MIM

The MIM allows for students to gain up to 10 months of practical experience, through a mandatory, up to six-months internship and the participation in the Social Impact Project, a chance to put relevant business skills to use in a non-profit organization working on social challenges in a developing country.

In addition, The ESMT Career Services Team enables students to connect with employers and to focus on your personal development through:

  • ESMT Career Fair
