Tuition and fees

Financing options for the Part-Time MBA

The Part-time MBA at ESMT Berlin is an investment that will impact your long-term career trajectory. Here you can find out everything about the program’s cost and the options that might be available to you to help finance your studies. 

 

Total tuition fee for an ESMT part-time MBA is €39,500

This includes access to the learning platform and content, required case study licenses and a Smart Certificate.

It excludes travel costs for study trips or exchanges. There is no change in fee for those whose studies are fully funded by their companies. 

Tuition is payable in three installments throughout the length of the program. 

 

September 2024 intake deadlines

The program will start in September 2024. Get your application in before the following deadlines:

  • February 12, 2024 - 1st round application deadline

    candidates who submit a completed application before this date will receive a discount of €6,000 from their tuition.

     
  • April 15, 2024 - 2nd round application deadline

    candidates who submit a completed application before this date will receive a discount of €3,000 from their tuition.

     
  • June 10, 2024 - 3rd round application deadline

    candidates who submit a completed application before this date will receive a discount of €1,000 from their tuition.

     
  • August 19, 2024 - final application deadline

    applications received after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Options for financing a part-time MBA

The ESMT MBA is an excellent investment into your future. Most students fund their studies with a mix of personal funds, loans and scholarships. Tax Deductions

Many countries allow tuition for higher education, and related costs, to count as tax-deductible expenses. You can learn more about the requirements in Germany, for example, here. Please check with your tax advisor to assess your personal situation.

Possible deductions might include:

  • Tuition fees
  • Travel required by the program
  • Temporary housing expenses
  • Cost of prep courses - English, special courses, etc.
