Employer relations

ESMT collaborates with recruiters and companies interested in finding new talent. Career Services' Corporate Partnership is a three-way collaboration designed to help companies and MBA students establish direct contact. Companies take full advantage of these services to become personally acquainted with each of our Master's in Management and Full-time MBA students.

There are many ways to interact with students.

Employer branding and recruitment

  • ESMT Career Fair

Each year, the Career Services team organizes a recruitment event where employers can meet MBA and MIM students and alumni. It is a perfect opportunity to attract candidates for open roles, engage and network with our MIM and MBA students and boost awareness of the company brand. Next annual fair will take place at the beginning of 2023 spread over 2 days: virtually on Thursday 26 January, and on campus face to face on Friday 27 January.

    More information and registration.

  • On-campus Company Presentations

We invite companies to share their expertise and deliver an individualized networking session; either to all student groups or to a particular cohort, depending on the content and timings.

We invite you to request an opportunity to discuss opportuntities by emailing

  • Off-campus Company Visits

Employers can host ESMT students at their company offices for a presentation, case study or general networking. It is a chance show of their workspace and let students learn about the company culture or a specific department.

We invite you to request an opportunity to discuss opportuntities by emailing

  • Access to students’ CVs

Find the best business talent in our CV and Profile Books.

Every year, the Career Services team creates Profile and CV Books to support students in their job search and companies in their search for talent:

    • The Master in Management (MIM) Profile Books are published in the beginning of the program. They include the profiles of students available for mandatory internships.

    • The CV Books are created for both MIM and full-time MBA students several months before graduation. The MIM CV Book includes soon-to-be graduates looking for entry-level positions. In the MBA CV Book, employers can find more experienced professionals suitable for mid-level and senior positions.

Companies are encouraged to review the Profile/CV Books and get in touch directly with students who match their interest and recruitment needs.

We invite you to request your copy of the available CV books by emailing

  • ESMT career platform – JobTeaser

Post a job opening on our Career Platform.

Companies can access the job-posting platform and advertise openings. When posting a vacancy, we ask you to include information about the company, a job description, an application deadline, and contact details.

The ESMT Career Portal JobTeaser can be accessed via this link.

  • Consulting Projects for Full-time MBA students.

As an academic assignment each fall, ESMT full-time MBA students are required to complement classroom studies with a consulting project for a client. Students in small teams of 4 to 5 people carry out the projects. Coached by ESMT professionals, students apply lessons learned from their MBA studies and knowledge gained from prior work experience to a meaningful and relevant assignment. Projects are sponsored by companies, and jointly designed by sponsors and ESMT faculty and/or students to be relevant for both the client and students. The time line for 2022 is 24 October to 15 December, with project submission and commitment by 15 August.

For more information, and examples from projects in the past, click here.

We would be keen to discuss project opportunities within your organization!
